A 25-year-old father of three with roots in Mexico died last week from injuries he suffered in an altercation in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, an incident some say was racially motivated. Several witnesses report they heard the attackers yell ethnic slurs as they kicked and stomped on the victim.
